Sleep Out / Garage Build

We have a 45 square meter sleep out and double gauge (wide span) to be built on a flat section in Turangi. We have full designs/ plans and full consent from council. Widespan garage has been purchased. We can offer free accommodation on site on our lovely 3 bedroom house, 30 minutes from Whakapapa Ski field, 10 minutes drive to Lake Taupo, and 1 minutes walk to the Tongariro River. You could complete the build while staying on site. Happy to discuss in person and forward on plans/ consents etc.
