Refurbishing 60s garage that may contain asbestos cement cladding

Property address is 42 Puataata Rd, Turangi. A recent building inspection highlighted a number of issues that I would like to address around the garage on the property in order to get it to a usable state. I'm in the process of finalising negotiations to purchase this property. At this stage I'm gathering quotes to support contract negotiations, if the sale proceeds then I'd like to have this job done between December 2021 and February 2022. Pictures from building inspection are attached. The job includes the following items and the job is only for the one half of the outbuilding that is shared between the two properties. - Repairing fibre cement cracks - Refurbishing coating / repainting cladding - Repainting fascia - Installing new gutters - Addressing decay and signs of weathering (potentially replacing damaged-door that leads to the garden, if necessary). - Repainting roof
