Hi, I am looking to find a builder that would take on a fixed price contract to build a home for our client. Job Details; - Acacia Bay - 350sqm home - Start date October Budget is $800k including earthworks and connections. (Everything) We have the client/sale and looking to handover to a reputable builder who is wanting to take on the whole contract. I have plans, elevations and basic spec which I can share with you if interested.
