Demolish old chimney and walls. Then put up new roof/ceiling.

We have an old concrete chimney that has jib put all around the outside of it with a fireplace insert. We are getting a fireplace installer to decommission our existing fireplace but we wish to get rid of the whole concrete chimney, jib walls. Then have a fireplace guy come in and put in a free standing fireplace in it's place. So for the job it will be demolishing an old chimney, getting rid of some jib walls, getting rid of the tiles underneath the fireplace, putting up a fireproof wall behind (unless it already has one), put up jib on the ceiling, put on new skirtings/edgings up and put on a metal sheet that must be waterproofed. Must be a certified builder. NOTE I will respond as fast as I can, but during work hours (shift work) I may only message back after my shift is done.
