Outdoor ceiling and some reno fix up work

I have a new outdoor area that needs fitting out with plywood on the ceiling. Also some other small work. Fix up work internally etc. The work on the outdoor ceiling has no urgency. Keen to work a deal and will be able to lend a hand if need be.
