What we really liked about Ross was his no nonsense approach. Other builders have seemed to see nothing but problems and over charge. Where as Ross see what needs doing finds the solutions and gets the job done. No nonsense. Like all builders he needs to shuffle his team around to place them in the most needed jobs so although not always on site everyday we felt he gave us a job well done in a professional .
