Garage conversion

I have recently gained consent to have my garage converted to a one bedroom flat and I'm after some quotes for the building work and installation of the windows, kitchen and bathroom. I am organising the electrics and plumbing work to be done. I am happy to send through plans but am only wanting quotes at this stage to see if this is a affordable option. I understand there are delays at present but I am happy to be patient. I did post on here at the end of last year but removed as wasn't sure if I was staying in the area but have decided to stay and get this sorted! Thanks in advance ☺️
