Converting garage to granny flat

Hi, I am looking for someone to convert my garage to a one bedroom granny flat. I have already got the plans and approved consent from council. The garage is 87 square meters and I am wanting it to be entirely converted. I understand with the current climate that building costs have skyrocketed and I am concerned the budget I have will no longer be enough but am keen for quotes to see how much this will all cost.
