Refurbish farm "singlemans" quarters by end of July

Remove old kitchen cupboards, bench etc and install new ones. Gib spare room to make a bedroom, make cupboard for hw cylinder and washing machine. Lean to carport and veranda around front of house. It's only a small building. We have just moved to this farm and need it completed in July to allow staff to move in. We are in Edendale, Southland.
