Installation of cavity sliders (x2)

House built in 1960 - wooden weatherboards replaced with Marley Palliside cladding. I am looking to install 2 cavity slider doors in lounge, 1 of which may be impacted by existing disused brick chimney which has been demolished to roof level (new roofing since installed). The walls affected will need to be rewallpapered. Builder to apply for permits/consents and arrange for any electrical work to be undertaken.
