Build a kitset garage, 6m x 10m.

The work will involve building a 6m x 10m (or possibly 6m x 12m) kitset garage, on a concrete slab foundation that has already been poured. Assume that the kitset will be similar to a Versatile garage, shown in the photo. We intend to buy a property that will need a new garage, so I am pricing up the garage build to assist us in making an offer on the property. The section is suburban, flat, and accessible, with a wide driveway and good truck access. We need a rough estimate at this point because you can't visit the site yet. The work would then be done later this year.
