House has been dried after flooding. Internal wall need to be replaced (Jib needs cutting to remove damaged areas). Skirting boards need replacing as well. This work consists of two bedrooms and a hallway. Work will need to be competed in one piece rather than fitted in please and a sooner rather than later time frame appreciated.
