1. Have existing cladding that needs to be looked at and potentially redone, along with some of the facia boards. 2. significant leak on a veranda where rain comes through, the leak is against the house and the veranda which needs to be fixed and rotten board/s replaced. 3. Need a laundry area gibbed and a laundry bench put in.
