Verandah / Deck Extension

We are near Lake Ferry, South Wairarapa. We want to do some work on our front verandah. Extending it by about 1 metre from where the steps are to the left and new timbers, ballistrade etc. We will leave the roof overhang and the posts that lead to it. We would like someone to come down to have a look so we can discuss what to do. It’s about 1.5m off the ground on the left hand side.
