Outbuilding upgrade

I have a large pole shed divided into 3 outbuildings. In one of these outbuildings (Photo 1, approx 4.5m x 5.9m) I would like a concrete pad laid and the building lined to create a usable space then enclosed with sliding or concertina doors. I will also need advice on distributing power throughout the space (there is an existing power supply to the outbuilding). In the adjacent car port (photo 2), I'd like to have this enclosed and have sliding or concertina doors. It must be weather and pest tight. I'd like to have this done as soon as possible.
