Reno Garage

We have a single garage that I am happy and want to keep. But attached to it we have: 1 covered area for wood storage, 1 random garden shed + a small tool room. All sorta mushed into this ugly Tetris and all but the single garage are a patch work quilt of a DIY gone wrong. What do I need? somebody to come and tidy it all up which will including replacing some inside wooden walls and maybe some roofing and maybe even building new walls. What I need at this stage is a pro to come out, check out the job and tell me my options + what they recommend to make this ascetically pleasing + functional.
