Repairs to fascia/soffit/cladding

Needing repairs completed on rotten fascia and soffit before winter. Discovered a few patches while painting earlier. Flashings have since been replaced to prevent further damage. Also require a custom flashing/waterproofing solution to cladding above garage where it meets sill. Materials and paint are available so mainly only labour required to remove rotten sections and replace. May also need other building work completed later on once this job is complete.
