Extension to existing 2 bedroom house

Hi there, We are looking to add an extension to our property, it is currently 2 bed, 1 bathroom with a separate toilet. We would like to add another bedroom and toilet, and have an open kitchen/dining and lounge area. I need a draftsman or builder that can cover all aspects of the job from council to sub contractors.
