Floating Shelves for Bathroom Vanity

Wanting to know how much it'll be for a builder or cabinetmaker to build two separate floating shelves for underneath a wall hung vanity. The vanity itself is 1000mm long, 400mm depth? (from the wall to the middle of the room) and 145mm in height. Ideally I'd like the shelves to be 1000mm in length, between 300-400mm in depth and the height isn't really important but roughly 100mm or under. The shelves would actually only be holding towels and other light bathroom items but I would like them to be able to hold at least the weight of 25kgs as I have a small child who climbs on everything.
