Huge Extension & Home reno - ASAP start

We have approx 160m2 of existing house which structurally mostly retains itself, however the lounge will turn into a master/ens/w.r and the kitchen dining will turn into a family bathroom. We are then adding a large extension to the house (approx 170m2) of living areas, kitchen, laundry and double garage. We already have a plumber, painter and electrician, we have plans and consent is being granted as we speak. We want a very experienced and skilled builder. Job MUST be completed by August. So preferably someone with a team. Plans avaliable on request.
