Playgroup Storage Shed and Water Play Area

We require a qualified builder to complete works for our local playgroup. We would like a new storage shed built outside to replace the old one. The current shed is approx 3.6m wide x 2.4m deep – we would like to extend this in depth by another 1.5m if possible. This would require an extension to the current concrete pad. We would like it to have a roller door on the front for easy access to large items and a nova light or the likes in the roof for natural lighting. We would also require the shed to be fitted out with shelving. Also - we have an old kitchen sink sitting at playgroup that we would like to turn into a water play area. We envisaged extending the concrete pad under the shed to allow for this. We would love to get the sink attached to the side of the shed and have a free standing wooden wall (maybe 1.5m high x 2.5m wide) created/fixed into the concrete that we can attach spouting/pipes/bottles etc to for the kids to poor water through.
