Estimates/ballpark prices Lincoln

Hi - I just want to get a rough idea of 3 seperate prices (ie what might minimum maximum be) for current 4 bed brick house with concrete tile roof for following 3 jobs - 1) Adding a master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe above 6 by 6m garage (can currently stand up in loft in middle but roof height would need increasing on sides) 2) make a 2x2m entry addition to front of house 3) extend family room and lounge out by 2 metres (involves moving 2 sliders and 1 window) . Brick work would be about 12 linear metres. Would still be under existing roofing as our eaves are a bit like a verandah) Just after 3 seperate ballpark figures currently. Many thanks
