Install floor (plus underfloor insulation) and repair joist
Job description
Require a new floor to be laid over exposed joists (original tongue and groove has been removed). Chipboard or particle board (room will be carpeted so not concerned with replacing wood). Underfloor insulation also needs to be added. One joist has borer damage to repair (or replace) against wall. Room is approx 3 x 5 m.
