Brown Residence - Builder Labour Only

We are looking for a builder to work with us on a new build in Rolleston as labour only, we are supplying all the materials and will be project managing the job. We will be using steel frames, which my team will put the frames and roof trusses up Looking too start the build in early Feb 2019 1. Site Set Out 2. Box Up Foundations ready for pour including laying steel or pods depending on what foundation we choose to do 3. Installation of Thermal Strips and Wrap the house ready for the roofer 4. Installing windows including flashings 5. Installation of Linea 6. Installations of fascia and soffits 7. Installing pre hung doors and cavity sliders 8. Boxing of pathways and driveway 9. Insulation -even though we could probably get involved in that 10. Install wardrobe and linen systems 11. Hang doors after painted – I can install the door hardware if they have been pre routed 12. Fixing of bathroom fittings – towel rails toiler roll holders etc Please review the above and let me know if there's something 'm missing so you can include an allowance in your quote. Also please note than we have changed the Front Left Elevation on the front unit too Brick so it will not need linea installed
