Consented Cabin

I am looking for a builder to build a Cabin on my section up at lake coleridge, Approx 25m2 with a gable roof. It will consist of a kitchen and 2 x bathrooms and a loft. it will need to have building consent, either built in ChCh and then deliverd to site with a C.O.C for the selwyn council or built on site. This will be the first building on the section with a plan to build 3 more 10m2 cabins in the near future
