Tiny house construction

We have the land, have you got the skills? We want to build and sell portable houses from our property. Bring your own accommodation or build your own tiny house on site. I want to do my apprenticeship and have some building exp but I can't get a foot in the door here. My wife is keen to learn construction also. She is from Ecuador and we both speak Spanish. We live right on SH4 and there's plenty of traffic going by for exposure. Half an hour from either of the two ski fields at Ruapehu.
