Repair leaking exterior and renew damaged kitchen plasterwork and painting

Water is leaking through external stone faced wall into kitchen void space above kitchen ceiling then coming through ceiling. So we require a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation and general building work. The work involves investigating where the rain water is coming through exterior wall, to determine the cause, then to remediate the water pathway found, to do hose test to prove repair successful, to repair kitchen ceiling with new plaster board, skimmed and painted.
