Repairs and Rennovation to Office Space

We have recently purchased a new office space thats needs work and repairs including altering the interior to work for us (creation of rooms, flooring, new bathrooms and kitchen etc.) - we have a building reports that outlines some areas that need to be looked at but also need to make the interior work for our business. We currently havent got a formal plan for what we want the new office space to look like but are looking for a builder to work with us to repair what needs fixing and to make the interior work for us. While we arent in a rush we would like to get started as soon as we can as we anticipate it could take a while and we are currently smooshed into a small crammed office space.
