Gutters on the house and garage are very rusty and house gutters have grass growing out of them again. Clear grass and partially repair/replace/repaint the gutters where appropriate. Door handle into the bathroom is not working please repair or replace. The wood panels behind the fireplace have become detached from the wall. There is a gap at the bottom of the flu connection at wood burner.
