Complete the basic rennovation of a granny flat attached to the garage. Work includes updating the bathroom by replacing the shower, toilet and vanity (have purchased a shower kit, toilet and vanity), water proofing the concrete floor and block wall of the living area, stripping and re-sheeting the separating wall between the living area and the garage, replacing one window. Would like to have the work completed by end October 2023.
