Repanel house foundations
Job description
The hardiboards around the piles has warped and broken. In addition new concrete paths and mowing strips have been installed. This concreted closed the trapdoor. We'd like all the old panels removed, and new panels (similar) installed, and a new trapdoor made on the back of the house. We can provide a collection of vents that could be installed as part of this job (I have about a dozen new ones that did not match another job). I will then paint as required. The paneling will start on the roadside of the deck , and go all around the back to the other side of the deck. The panels under the deck can be removed so under the deck is also accessible via the trapdoor. Property is tenanted so notice is required for site visits and work. I live about 1 hr north but can meet onsite prior to work if required (preferably after 6:30pm or weekends)

Through Builders crack he seemed to do ok. But the materials used were not as thick or durable as those he replaced. Some workmanship means further work is required and framing around a door was simply not done well at all. I had paid him a deposit for a fence - 6 months later the job is not started, no refund, evidence of applications to liquidate him (Gazette 20 Jan 2023) - no formal address. BEWARE.
