We have just submitted a plan to the Council and we need a registered builder to build two timber decks and a flight of stairs. Also, install an aluminium door going onto the decks. 1 Deck is 3.3 meters x 6 Metres. This is a new second-storey deck with a new flight of stairs. The second deck is 1800 x 800 cantilevered Deck off a bedroom. We would like a builder to start in around 3 weeks' time. I am also able to help the builder as I have a lot of building experience. I am not a registered Builder so I can't do permitted work. The Job is in Fryer Rd, Hamurana, Rotorua
