Leaky home extension repair

When we had our double glazing put in the guys found that a 5m section of wall, listed as an extension on our council file, was clad to code in 1997 but with the leaky home board. As a result all the framing has rotted and needs replacing. Rest of the house is brick clad and rendered so not an issue, extension is on a concrete base so no sub floor to worry about. 3m of the 5m of wall is the new stacking ranch slider.
