Home upgrade Lake Tarawhera

Its two small homes same title on lake Tarawhera 1980s build in need of a bath n tidy. One is living and 1 bedroom other is just bedrooms both two storey. Doing new bathrooms, kitchen, cutting open a couple of places for storage, removing couple of silly partitions not walls in lounge, patching weather boards where needed and trimming up a window ready for replacement lot, new spouting, a replacement pole outside, can install a new gate as its going to be electrified etc. There will be more. No permits no council all existing upgrade, no shifting anything. The usual deconstruct, need a carpenter to pop in where needed as and when rest of trades fit in and see it out. Timeframe to start in a month from now but flexible. Can tag as much or as little as fits your workload. If you have the team you can install two full house lots of wooden joinery - already ordered but 10 weeks away. Planning to start in a month and finish one home before Xmas other can be after holidays. Would be keen to have a local to work in with. I can source materials and have on site if it helps. I am a project manager so can make it flow well for you. Cheers
