Looking for a registered builder to assess and quote repairs to a damp/wet garage that has presented a few moisture related issues. Moisture appears in the framing of one of the walls in the garage. Wood decay to the garage window frame. Cracks require resealing or a suggested alternative. Assessment of cladding to determine if replacement is required. See images supplied.
