Install gib to walls and plaster. Install laundry tub and tapware. Replace window hinges as they are broken and rusted. New but damaged gib was purchased and could be reused? This work could be done in conjunction with the bathroom renovation job I have listed on Builderscrack and the material already purchased could be used between both jobs?
