I am looking to build a 72m2 minor dwelling on a property in Rotorua) with attached garage or carport will be a good option) I would like some scope and quotes / estimates for cost please. Ideally these should be inclusive of all sub-trades, materials, etc and to a medium-to-high spec. Cheers Nick
