We have a house which will be relocated in April 2022, exact date TBC but expected to be in the first/second week. When the house is being removed the chimney stack and chimney will be removed. Because of this we require the following: - New weatherboards on the outside where chimney stack was, plus any insulation/water tightening work - New iron roofing put in place where chimney came out of the roof, plus any insulation/water tightening work - Tie down of house onto new piles at site - Signoff of any work completed for Council Code of Compliance Kind Regards,
