Total renovation of small 2 bedroom unit which requires a builder to replace skirting boards in small bathroom, kitchen and one bedroom. Bedroom size is 3metres 100 x 3m 50. New bath going in and need frame built for bath and splashboard along with frame for hot water cylinder.
