Building Maintenance

We have had a five year maintenance plan completed and the report has identified some repairs that need to be done. Items highlighted include replacing fixing bolts on deck,repair damage to base boards, rubber seals need replacing around aluminium, some sealing required, some roof repairs and other general maintenance. I have a full report available but may need full inspection of the roof and under the building to check areas of concern.
