Pergola ceiling

I have an existing pergola which I have covered in a corugated novolite-type material. It has a slight leak and is unsightly to look at when looking up from under the pergola. I would like someone to seal the leak and then place a ceiling on the pergola to give it a nice finish. I would then paint this.
