Replace Windows and Cladding

The windows and doors along with the cladding of our 1950s home requires replacement. The house is a single level, 110 m2, easy access site on the flat in Orewa. We would require removal of the current fibre-cement tiles (asbestos) cladding, which can be included or can be managed separately. The current windows and doors would also need to be removed. There would be some building modification to accept new double-glazed aluminium or PVC windows and doors of different types and sizes than the existing ones. We would then require insulation installed from the outside and re-cladding in plywood board in batten or similar. We understand the house is old and the costs involved may not stack up, but we're very keen to get an idea of costs to do all or some of this work.
