Eastern deck on Lockwood house needs some work

My Eastern deck which is about 1.2.M wide and about 8 M long needs some attention. It has some potential rot and needs new sub floor roofing arrangements. It is 19 years old. I advertised the job before and had one visit, but the potential contractor has not got back in touch. The deck is over the main entrance and the garage door, hence the roofing.

Not the lowest estimate I got but I am glad that I paid a little more for a good trouble free job. They were very flexible as the job just happened to coincide with my wife's death.
