Wainscoting Effect (half height) to interior walls

Fit trims (see pdf of suggested trim options) to front entrance interior. Note we are wanting the trim/moulding only fitted to existing walls to give the effect of panelling, no actual panels required. See picture of suggested layout, this can be finalized to suit actual available space. Note one wall would have angle due to being under-stair wall. Refer plans for approx dimensions and blue lines marking the area for panelling. Also photos of the area House is 5 years old, If it helps we can supply the timber dado as we have an account with NZ Timber Profiles (we own a kitchen manufacturing business). We could also take care of painting the timber trim if you prefer - the best option would be to prepaint the trim before final fitting..? Please advise if you require further details to be able to provide a quote. A site visit can be arranged if you would like to view the area before finalizing a quote. Thank you.
