Pool deck

Hi. We have just put in a new pool and require a pine deck to be installed next to it. Size of the deck required is 7250mm length, 1300mm width. The public sewer and storm water piping run beneath the area. Height from ground to top of tiling ranges from 140mm on the house side to 230mm on the boundary fence side. The soil in the photos is topsoil and will be removed to the previous grass level by ourselves prior to start. A pool fence will be mounted on the perimeter of the deck once you are complete so I would imagine a picture frame deck look. We would like this piece of work completed as soon as possible and the selected contractor will need to maintain the normal indemnity insurances.
