Pergola / pet cage

Hi there, Looking for a basic pergola to be built that goes from my house towards my fence. However I want to put chicken wire on it to turn it into a pet cage and will need a gate at each side so we can go through the cage. Measurements are roughly 8m x 4m. Note: This is going on a pre concreted area so most of the posts will need to be attached to concrete. I’ve put an image of what I’m thinking below. Are you able to provide a quote and a time that you could do this? I also need retaining walls and outdoor stairs too if you want to quote for that too. Thanks
