Create doorway and install door into bedroom

We have a bedroom at the front of the house which currently only has one door, that leads to outside. We would like this bedroom to be accessible from inside, so want to add a door from this bedroom into the hallway. Need cutout in wall and install door. Obviously need to check we don't affect the wall stability.
