Extraction fan vent to home exterior.

We need a watertight vent constructed through a tiled bathroom exterior wall at ground level. We need this work carried out asap . The builder needs to be suitably qualified as the exterior wall is harditex and we need it to remain 100% watertight. We have purchased a suitable fan, which our plumber can help install.
