Repair/replace domestic internal guttering

I am buying a house that has internal gutters that have clearly leaked in the past. I urgently need two quotes - 1. The cost of repairing the internal gutters to repair the current damage to the soffits and to prevent further leaks 2. The cost to replace the internal gutters with standard external gutters. The current internal guttering is plastic with soffit underneath. I have attached some photos but I have more if you need them. The house is single story with good level ground all around the exterior. I don't know if you can provide an estimate per lineal meter or whether you really need to view first. Viewing will need to be arranged as I am not yet in the property. I understand that any quote will not cover the unseen damage that may have already been caused and won't be known until the surrounds are removed.. Thanks
