Dampness showing under wallpaper under bedroom window & other general tasks

We have a few things we'd like to do and would like a quote/timing provided for when work could be done. 1) Fix dampness under bedroom window - may need to then repaint or wallpaper one wall in bedroom and fix corner of windows sills 2) Strip wallpaper and paint 2 x bedroom walls (feature wall feature wall in two rooms) 3) Fix whole in wall (same wall as one of the feature walls) 4) Fix bathroom cabinet 5) Paint white strip at front of house (ground level access) 6) Paint two strips at back of house (second storey) 7) Paint water tank (depending on price, may not get this done - would like a quote first thank you)
